Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist with 23 years of experience in personnel administration and recruitment. If you have experience in other areas of human resources it can be considered a plus. In this role you will have the freedom to implement the best HR practices and exposure at the group level.

Recruitment & Employer Branding:
Collaborate with senior management to identify hiring needs and oversee the recruitment process.
Manage all aspects of recruitment: job posting interviews and so on; transitions.
Understand team culture and the business needs to identify and implement actions to constantly improve the attraction of talents engagement and retention;
Onboarding & Employee Engagement:
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires including orientation and personalized support.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to facilitate onboarding and professional development.
Learning & Development:
Support in designing training programs and facilitating learning events.
Assist in administering performance reviews and promotions.
Labour Administration:
Implement companys Personnel Administration Procedure.
Manage staff documents and coordinate holiday planning.
Maintain contact with relevant government authorities.
Payroll:
Work closely with payroll providers to ensure accurate and efficient monthly payroll processing.
HR Metrics:
Deliver regular and custom reports monitoring KPIs and HR metrics for timely reporting.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in business administration human resources or a relevant field.
23 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English & Romanian.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Word Excel)
Ability to work independently and in team.
