Job Description

• As a Customer Support Advisor your mission will be to assist our customers with any issue during and after their order.
• Assist customers through inbound calls enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers by providing information about products and trying to close the sale over the phone.
• Support customers on the resolution of delivery topics (e.g. where are the deliveries at deliveries that went wrong is there any stock available etc).

Requirements

• Being fluent (C2 level) in the Norwegian language
• Good knowledge of English (B1B2 level) required
• Computer skills (basic skills mandatory advanced skills like coding preferential)
• Good analytic skills and logical thinking
• Excellent communication skills: verbal written listening skills
• Proactive and quick learner able to adapt
• EU citizenship or work permit for Portugal
