Job Description

Head of Sales CoWorking Space

Location: Delhi NCR

As we continue to expand we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Overview:
The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the sales strategy for our coworking spaces in Delhi NCR. This individual will lead/create a team of sales professionals identify new business opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify business development opportunities.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Provide ongoing training guidance and support to enhance the teams performance and professional development.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
Drive the acquisition of new clients by actively promoting the benefits of our coworking spaces.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Networking and Partnerships:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients brokers and other relevant stakeholders.
Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to promote the brand and explore collaboration opportunities.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Implement effective sales tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress against targets.
Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior sales management role preferably in the coworking or real estate industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and developing highperforming sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels.
Indepth knowledge of the Delhi NCR commercial real estate market and coworking industry trends.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
