Job Description

Introduction
Designation VP Business Development.
The role will have an overall revenue target and may require moderate travel.
We are looking for a VP Business Development to identify and develop business
sales and growth strategies for the company s products and services working from
India.
In addition you will be expected to manage a team of BDMs and provide monthly
quarterly and yearly targets in line with the companys vision and goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the highest level of guidance for all Sales & Marketing activities and
outcomes.
Lead a team of business development managers (and their direct reports) and digital
marketing exec s.
Outline and approve marketing collateral (including strategic direction of social and
web presence) to ensure it is aligned with organizational vision and goals.
Develop sales strategies gotomarket strategies sales plans and strategies to
achieve goals.
Defining and managing Sales budgets.
Define KPIs and CSFs for the Sales & Marketing teams.
Analyze and monitor the market and industry trends and bring thought leadership
through strategic positioning.
Outline and Manage the digital marketing activities and ensure they are targeted
towards the ideal customer profile.
Manage the lead generation activities.
Identify potential clients/brands to offer them our services.
Outline Define and Manage marketing campaigns.
Create sales pitches about Hiringhood and effectively present them to prospective
clients.
Maintain excellent customer and account relations and expand outreach to other
potential areas in the clients organization.
Come up with plans to increase revenue and surpass monthly targets.
Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teams to align our internal
goals with new and existing partner relationships.
Identify participate & lead conferences specific to Hiringhood s Vision & Goals.
Represent Hiringhood in various forms of Media

MustHave Skills
10 years of experience in B2B Sales.
Should have extensive knowledge in recruitment lifecycle sales and client acquisition.
Need experience in technology sales staffing consulting services a strong
background in business development and customer relationships.
Need experience closing new business deals by coordinating requirements;
developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with
business operations.
Be a strong leader and have an acumen to communicate with senior management.
Should have strong communication skills articulation and presentation skills
Conflict resolution and ability to take ownership and motivate a team.
A gogetter who is hungry to be a part of the fabulous growth story
Open to work in a startup. Experience in sales marketing and relationship building.
Excellent communication Presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends. Ability to work
independently and as a team player in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Stakeholder management skills.
Prefer candidates with MBA MCA or relevant education in technology marketing or
sales.
