We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system and leveraging it to drive revenue growth and customer retention. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns, as well as develop and maintain customer segments and targeting strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage our customer relationship management (CRM) system and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Develop and maintain customer segments and targeting strategies based on customer behavior and preferences
- Work with the digital marketing team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer retention
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to execute email marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and email marketing trends and technologies
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline CRM operations

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, with a focus on digital marketing
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and email marketing best practices
- Experience with segmentation and targeting strategies, as well as email campaign development and execution
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media advertising, and paid search advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and web analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
