For our client, the biggest independent SAP consultancy in the DACH region, we are looking for SAP HCM Consultant/Support Consultant.
Consultant responsibilities:
- Act as a project / sub-project manager in various SAP projects;
- Design and implement sophisticated solutions/projects in the SAP HCM environment;
- Create system and process documentation and identify optimization potential for our customers within the scope of process analyses;
- Advise customers, support them in gathering their requirements and independently undertake customising settings in the SAP HCM environment;
- Support the sales process with pre-sales activities.
Support Consultant responsibilities:
- SAP support team is responsible for application-side support for customer systems, both for our own products and SAP standard (ERP & S/4 HANA);
- As a first and second level supporter (incident and problem management), you are the first point of contact for our customers with questions and problems relating to SAP HCM Core (personnel administration, organizational management, payroll accounting, time management);
- Ongoing support and maintenance (service management) of existing applications in the SAP HCM Core (customising and interfaces);
- Optimization and further development of HCM business processes as part of change management;
- You fulfil your tasks in a service-oriented and reliable manner.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in SAP HCM processes within the human resources area (e.g. personnel administration, organizational management, payroll accounting, time management);
- Experience in customising HCM core modules;
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori in the HCM environment would be an advantage;
- A high degree of personal responsibility, ability to work in a team and initiative;
- Structured, service-oriented and reliable way of working;
- German language skills (at least B2) + English.
