For this journey were searching for a Head of Insurances (m/w/d) to launch and scale our insurance vertical.

Tasks

What youll be doing

In a nutshell: Building launching and scaling our Insurance Services.

• Function as the sparring partner to our CoFounders on both strategic and operational topics in order to build launch and scale our new insurance vertical.
• Leading business development and account management with insurance companies and broker pools.
• Collaborating with our Legal and Compliance Team to obtain a brokerage license
• Building a strong inbound and outbound team for our Insurance Operations
• Working closely with our LeadershipTeam to identify potential areas of growth across the entire company

Requirements

What were looking for:

• Experience within a fastpaced environment preferably in a hypergrowth and vcfunded insurtech company
• Passion for our product and mission
• A strong track record of planning and executing projects preferably including Insurance and Banking
• A numbersdriven approach including a deep understanding of relevant KPIs
• Strong knowledge of fintech brokerage insurtech sales finance and compliance
• A creative handson person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in both German and English
