IT MANAGER WANTED GLOBAL ERP SCOPE

Our client a successful automobile customer is looking for an experienced Head of IT with a strong background in ERP implementation business management team leading and project coordination. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations including the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems as well as leading and managing a team of IT professionals whilst remaining handson in the system.

The role is a mixture of homeoffice and onsite work. Its a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of IT products and systems!

Heres what you need to know!

• Location: Greater Cologne/Wuppertal region
• Language requirement: English fluency required German B1 or higher is considered a real plus
• Salary: Up to 120000 EUR depending on your experience and language skills

Tasks

• Digital Strategy: Define and implement our global digital transformation strategy with a keen eye on business objectives working daily with a variety of ERP Systems
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with operations teams to boost quality productivity and performance through smart automation
• Synergies & Standardization: Drive synergies and standardization across divisions and different countries
• IT Systems Development: Lead the development of IT systems for divisionspecific processes ensuring efficiency and business alignment
• Supervision and Guidance: Provide operational guidance and supervision to IT & Knowledge departments fostering a culture of improvement
• Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits of IT processes ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and industry standards
• Efficiency Analysis: Regularly analyse IT infrastructure and system performance identifying opportunities for improvement and staying handson with ERP consulting and project leadership
• Budgetary Control: Manage the annual IT budget aligning it with the overall corporate strategy

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP / ERP implementation business management team leading and project coordination
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and applications as well as a thorough understanding of IT infrastructure and security
• Proven experience leading and managing IT teams with excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex IT problems holding a balance between handson work and team/business management
