WHAT YOU DO

• You ensure all creative briefs for campaigns maximise impact and meet strategic and creative objectives ensuring digital and social expertise is at the heart of every solution
• You work with concept teams and the wider agency group to ensure integrated ideas work across our clients channels and build socialonly campaigns
• You provide leadership mentoring organisation and creative direction for the London creative team
• You deliver outstanding work for BMW and BMW Group marketing clients both consumer and corporate
• You liaise with the Client Service Directors account team and resource planners to manage the workload of the creative teams ensuring the right skills and time are allocated to briefs
• You play a role in new business pitches for BMW departments and other social clients
• You work with management on the shape of the Looping offering with a particular focus on a more agile efficient production process
• You identify and nurture more makerlike talent within and outside the agency
• You cultivate client relationships build trust and assist in building strong client partnerships through active participation in briefings presentations reviews and events
• You take a handson approach excel in senior client presentations and play a key role in shaping the London office culture

• You are willing to travel to drive cohesion between London and Munich teams
• Automotive and / or luxury marketing a bonus but nonessential
• You embrace a makerlike attitude skills beyond the usual Adobe packages a nice to have eg photography videography directing editing
