Tasks

• Overseeing the management of group legal entities and handling group corporate secretary responsibilities
• Establishing maintaining and updating contract management systems
• Assisting in the deployment and execution of policies procedures and training initiatives
• Evaluating drafting and offering legal guidance on a wide range of agreements
• Drafting standardized legal documents and ensuring compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

• Swiss bar admission
• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 5 years PQE as inhouse counsel
