We are looking for a passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Tasks
Your task
- You embody MIMO values: you adopt a warm smiling and professional attitude towards guests help your colleagues during service and display a problem solver attitude.
- You engage in communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs ideas and concerns to continuously improve Alba.
- Train and supervise our squadra and be one of the key figures in the restaurant based on the data collected inside of the restaurant.
- Regularly review the performance and trainings needs of the squadra
- Conduct indepth preshifts in order to wow our customers with exceptional service
- Guarantor for the quality of the service on site: You ensure an ALBAstyle service and are responsible for the accuracy of the service.
- Independently supports management team with with strategic & operational projects
- Active support for cost reduction in the service area
- Monitoring the team plans
- Responsible for orders and stocks of wine tableware and aprons. Responsible for the cash register
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution including but not limited to private parties catering and special events ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure adherence to highquality standards for all menu items through regular inspections and quality control measures maintaining consistency in taste presentation and portion sizes to meet customer expectations.
- Supervise and oversee restaurant operations during opening hours in the absence of management ensuring compliance with established protocols rules & regulations service standards and operational procedures to guarantee a smooth and efficient dining experience for patrons.
- Guarantee the wellbeing of guests during their time with us: you ensure a warm welcome and contribute to providing the best customer experience at every stage of the service.
- Guarantor for the optimisation of the average order value: You master the knowledge of our products wines and cocktails and participate in the training of new team members.
Requirements
What we are looking for

- Previous experience as waiter/waitress or F&B assistant is required
- Knowledge of English. German would be an advantage (but not required)
