Are you a proactive and pivotal professional with a background in recruitment particularly within the Tech industry Our client an innovative Tech StartUp specialising in AI and Robotics is at a crucial stage of expansion. They are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to contribute to their dynamic team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of a quality Talent Acquisition service aligning with wider strategy and objectives.
- Identify attract and introduce passive candidates into the recruitment process meeting the hiring needs.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist team by identifying candidates for live positions pools and pipelines.
- Create engaging adverts promoting the companys values.
- Actively search through multiple channels including social media research/recruitment databases and talent pools.
- Monitor conversion metrics and accurately record data on the Talent Acquisition Tracker.
- Proactively search for skills ahead of golive dates for forecasted roles.
- Engage with speculative candidates and introduce skills into function/discipline pools.
- Build a network of talent through effective use of LinkedIn and other social media tools.
- Facilitate recruitment days and events.
- Provide support with all administrative duties.
- Maintain professionalism and high standards in work ethics.
Your Experience:
- Working knowledge of internal recruitment processes ideally as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a Recruiter/Delivery Consultant within an agency.
- Experience in recruitment is essential desirable within the Tech industry.
- Previous experience working with startups will be desirable.
- Proficient in searching and engaging with passive candidates.
- Ability to create and track individuals and teams metrics.
