Permanent People are working on behalf of a leading recruitment agency who are looking for an experienced technology recruiter to join their growing company.
A little bit about our client:
Our client is a rapidly growing recruitment specialist within the Technology space. They have 2 UK offices and an impressive client base with exclusive ownership on most of their business.
With plans to hire another 14 heads in 2021 this role is a crucial part of the company s solid growth plans.
You must have experience of managing consultants in your previous role as you will immediately inherited a team of 4 billers with budget to hire another 3 this year.
As this role is focussed on management you will be expected to bill and lead from the front however you will have a reduced personal target.
The ideal candidate
- 3 years 360 recruitment agency experience in any technology vertical
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Demonstrable expertise of recruitment within the technology sector
- Consistent professional track record and strong billing history
