Position Overview:
The Senior Payroll CBM will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing payroll processes overseeing changes and benefits management within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll systems strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. Knowledge of Access PeopleWare will be considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. **Payroll Management:**
Oversee the endtoend payroll process ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather and process payrollrelated data.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries related to payroll.
2. **Change Management:**
Lead and implement changes in payroll processes ensuring seamless transitions.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams to communicate changes and provide training as needed.
Evaluate the impact of changes on existing processes and make recommendations for improvement.
3. **Benefits Management:**
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in benefits management.
Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefits offerings for employees.
4. **Access PeopleWare:**
Utilize knowledge of Access PeopleWare to enhance and streamline payroll processes.
Provide support in managing and customizing the PeopleWare system to meet organizational needs.
Train and assist team members in effectively using Access PeopleWare.
5. **Compliance and Reporting:**
Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Generate regular reports on payroll metrics and KPIs for management review.
Collaborate with finance and audit teams during internal and external audits.
6. **Stakeholder Communication:**
Communicate with employees regarding payroll changes benefits updates and relevant policies.
Work closely with HR Finance and IT teams to address any systemrelated issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in payroll management and change management with at least X years of experience.
Strong knowledge of Access PeopleWare is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
