Role: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: London (3 days hybrid)

The innovative Tech Startup specialising in AI and Robotics is at a pivotal growth phase and is currently seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their specialised team.
Requirements
The Role in Detail:
Contribute to delivering a highquality Talent Acquisition service aligned with broader strategies.
Source passive candidates effectively to fulfil hiring needs across Software Product and Robotics sectors.
Identify candidates through diverse channels including social media research databases and referrals.
Create compelling adverts that mirror the companys values.
Monitor and analyses of recruitment data for performance metrics.
Proactively source and engage with prospective candidates ahead of role requirements.
Build a robust talent network using LinkedIn and other platforms.
Facilitate recruitment events and days.
Able to support highvolume hiring maintaining high professional standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in internal recruitment processes preferably as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or a Recruiter/Delivery Consultant in an agency setting.
Essential experience in IT sector recruitment; software and Product recruitment desirable.
Prior experience working with startups.
Demonstrated ability to engage with passive candidates.
Track record in creating and managing recruitment metrics.
