Role Overview:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a highly organized and motivated bilingual Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to the finance team. The ideal candidate is a proactive selfstarter with strong communication skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fastpaced environment. As a Virtual Assistant you will be a critical part of our team helping us achieve operational efficiency and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the calendar appointments and schedules for finance professionals.
Handle email communication filter and prioritize messages and respond to routine inquiries when appropriate.
Prepare and edit documents reports and presentations with a strong attention to detail.
Perform data entry record keeping and document organization.
Coordinate and schedule meetings conference calls and video conferences.
Assist in travel arrangements booking accommodations and preparing itineraries.
Conduct internet research compile data and provide summaries for various projects.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events and training sessions.
Qualifications:
You have a fast machine and a stable internet connection at home.
Have prior experience working remotely.
Are able to collaborate with other teams autonomously.
Have a strong orientation on task completion results and strategic goals.
You value personal integrity and conscientiousness.
Are organized and highly detailed.
Are able to work fulltime 40 hours a week.
