Job Description

IIQAF (International Institute for Quality Assurance and Finance) is a leading global institution dedicated to promoting and advancing quality assurance and finance in various industries. Our organization works towards enhancing the quality and efficiency of businesses and their operations through providing specialized training research and consultancy services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team and contribute to our mission of promoting excellence in quality assurance and finance.


Job Overview:


As a Maintenance Worker at IIQAF you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall cleanliness safety and functionality of our facilities. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our buildings and equipment in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning painting and repairing fixtures and equipment.


Identify and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing electrical HVAC and other systems.


Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential hazards or defects.


Respond to maintenance requests from staff and promptly resolve any issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.


Maintain an organized and wellstocked inventory of supplies and tools.


Ensure compliance with safety and building codes and report any violations to management.


Assist with setting up and coordinating maintenance and repair schedules.


Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance and repair projects.




Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.


Knowledge and experience in plumbing electrical and HVAC systems preferred.


Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.


Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.


Good physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting climbing and carrying heavy equipment.


Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.


Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs. - Familiarity with operating basic hand and power tools. - Basic knowledge of construction, production, or manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Proven ability to work in a team and independently. - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
