Responsibilities of the Litigation Associate:

• Efficiently and competently research legal issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, discovery requests and responses, legal correspondence, etc.
• Attend court appearances in Georgia state and federal courts
• Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to colleagues and clients

Requirements for the Litigation Associate:

• 3 - 5 years of litigation experience at a defense law firm
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia required;
