You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOther key responsibilities are: - Provide suggestions and improvement plans to help define and manage lounge products & services for Hub, Global and/or Ancillary Lounges as directed by the Line Manager - Research industry wide best practices and products by conducting physical and digital competitor analysis (bench marking) of leading airlines, cruise liners and hotels/hospitality providers, their in-house service delivery standards and provide recommendations for continuous improvement - Work with the Line Manager to ensure that product & services are designed to be class compatible, staff friendly and customer centric according to various access policies and cabin class journeys - Work with the Line Manager to develop guidelines for product & service processes - Review, monitor, and provide feedback/suggestions to the Line Manager on current product & service standards - Work with the Line Manager to compile and produce up to date product & service related content on various themes as directed by the Line Manager - Create presentations for product and service concepts and present to internal and external teams - Prepare product & service trials and communicate requirements to all relevant stakeholders - Prepare surveys, collate feedback from staff and customers, and produce reports on any trial - Communicate product & service enhancements to the Line Manager and report changes as instructed to relevant stakeholders - Maintain the Lounge Product & Service Manual, communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders within agreed timelines - Work with the Line Manager to conduct regular network wide product & service audits to ensure consistent product & service delivery - Support video/photoshoot, event/activity or any other function requested by the Line Manager - Work cross-functionally with other teams within the department when advised by the Line Manager • *Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible. • *About You** We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Product Development & Design Team. - Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of experience within the luxury hospitality environment and/or product development Essential - Computer literacy (Microsoft Office products) - Intermediate level - Fluent in English - reading, writing, listening and speaking - Well-developed interpersonal skills - Ability to foster teamwork among team members - Results driven, excellent time and project management skills Preferred - Highly developed interpersonal skills, excellent oral presentation and written skills - Strong influencing and communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Practical knowledge of project management tools • *About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
