Job Description

HR / Payroll Advisor Leeds up to 40000

Were working with a fantastic solicitors based in Leeds whore looking for a HR Advisor with payroll experience to join their team!

As a valuable member of the HR team the HR advisor plays a crucial role in offering direct support to managers partners and the broader organization. The successful execution of this role is pivotal to the organizations overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling diverse HR queries across the organization
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Reviewing and updating precedent documents
  • Utilizing HR information systems for data access input and compilation
  • Assisting the HR Manager in evaluating and enhancing HR information systems including building and testing workflows
  • Payroll administration for 200 230 employees.
  • Providing support for colleague payroll and benefits administration
  • Managing colleague relationships addressing queries or issues and managing expectations
  • Collaborating with the HR Manager in monitoring reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures to align with current legislation


Requirements

  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist experience
  • Essential experience in administering payroll and benefits
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with colleagues across the firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in a professional environment
  • Taking responsibility and being accountable for work performed

The Ideal Candidate: I'm looking to speak with skilled HR professionals with a generalist background who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be capable of applying their HR expertise to support the company's global operations efficiently. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience working in an HR Department. Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite, with keen attention to detail. Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to train individuals at all levels. Excellent analytical abilities, prioritization skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Discretion and the ability to communicate effectively across all sites while maintaining confidentiality.
