Taskbase a rapidly growing ETH spinoff based in Zrich is seeking a UX Designer to join our expanding international team. As a UX Designer at Taskbase you will collaborate with Product & Engineering to optimize user interfaces for a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Tasks

• Update existing designs and develop new designs in accordance with the specifications provided by the product team adhering to our design system.
• Utilize UX writing skills to create clear and concise user interfaces.
• Manage and maintain the design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Enhance the user experience and ensure our products are intuitive and userfriendly.
• Assist in conducting user research performing usability evaluations to gather insights and improve designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UX/UI design.
• Expertise in Figma including experience with components and design structure.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
• Experience in conducting user research creating personas and performing usability evaluations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a crossfunctional team.
• Proficiency level in English German and other languages as a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
