Our client a top 100 Law Firm and recognised leader in the medical negligence field are actively seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their esteemed Medical Negligence team. The ideal candidate will have between 14 years experience as part of a medical negligence team.

This role presents a perfect opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Solicitor/CILEX seeking advancement in their professional journey. You will receive exceptional training and support from leading legal professionals allowing you to develop your skills at your own pace and take the lead on intricate matters with access to support from the Partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families ensuring a supportive service throughout their claim.
  • Manage your caseload of matters including collaboration on more complex and protracted cases with other team members.
  • Provide a highly attentive supportive and clientfocused approach.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of medical records to assess case merits.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 14 years experience in a medical negligence team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients in challenging situations.
