- Aerobic capacity evaluation via 3 Minute step test.
- Sit and reach and range of motion evaluations.
- Lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist with two hands.
- Lift 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder with two hands.
- Carry 50 lbs. for 15 feet with two hands.
- Push/pull 60 lbs. sled for 20 feet.
- Push/pull 90 lbs. cart for 20 feet.
- Kneel 60 seconds, stand, kneel 60 seconds, stand.
- Squat 60 seconds.
