SMALL WORKS ENGINEER

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Small Works Engineer. This role is on a fulltime permanent basis servicing our clients various contracts in the West Midlands region.

As a Service Engineer you will be carrying out the service and maintenance works and callouts for BMS control systems installed in clients sites. The position re/quires substantial proactive field based customer facing activity focusing on the core areas of: service delivery quality and customer relationships.

Small Works Engineer Duties:

• attend sites as required to service BMS and Discreet control systems carry out Small Works Projects or Remedial Works;
  
• carry out control panel modifications and installations as required;
  
• advise clients on potential improvements and recommendations for their systems;
  

engage in daily Catch Up processes;

• attend callouts and breakdowns as required; and
  
• submit daily service reports.
  

Small Works Engineer Skills and Qualifications:

• a multi system BMS Engineer with proven training with two of the following systems:
  
• Trend Controls & Delta Controls
  
• Trend Controls & Tridium Controls
  
• Delta Controls & Tridium Controls
  
• Electrically competent;
  

Valid driving licence;

Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook;

Self motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; and

Accessible to London via public transport.

Small Works Engineer Offer:

Hours per week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable 40 hour week;

Salary ranging between $40k to 47.5k Depending on Experience;

25 days holiday (not including bank holidays);

Pension scheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution 5% employee);

Overtime available but not guaranteed;

Tablet and phone;

Company uniform;

Company works vehicle; and

employee referral scheme of 1000.
