Job Description
- Develop and articulate project staffing plans to source, recruit, hire and retain the required numbers of personnel for project execution.
- Provides site and operations management with candidate listings and nominations of candidates for project assignments.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Utilize Worley applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards, texting system) to reach a qualified applicant pool.
- Maintains close contact with site leadership and manages strict compliance with wage and hour, AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules and regulations
- Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources specifically focused on industrial construction and/or maintenance
