Develop and articulate project staffing plans to source, recruit, hire and retain the required numbers of personnel for project execution.
Provides site and operations management with candidate listings and nominations of candidates for project assignments.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
Utilize Worley applicant tracking system as well as external tools (social media, job boards, texting system) to reach a qualified applicant pool.
Maintains close contact with site leadership and manages strict compliance with wage and hour, AA/EEOC, Sarbanes/Oxley, OFCCP, FMLA and ADA rules and regulations
Experience in Recruiting/Human Resources specifically focused on industrial construction and/or maintenance
