Job Description
Provide full spectrum HR support (recruitment training performance talent database management etc.)
Manage clients HR activities and related matters onsite.
Recommend and enforce strategic HR policies and programs.
Assist with performance and attendance management procedures.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Assist in managing employee database.
Maintain accurate HR files.
Any other duties as may be required.

Qualifications
Skills
Ability to maintain confidential records and reports.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office and related business tools.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in a related field Knowledge Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role Ability to maintain confidential records and reports.
