Job Description

Developing a partner and integrations strategy that guides decision making and prioritization.

Identify collaboration opportunities to expand the value we bring to our customer base through product integrations and joint go to market.

Orchestrate sales product and marketing workstreams to jointly capitalize on the value of the partnerships you bring to the table.

Identify market and industry trends for new partnership opportunities.

Look for and create businesstobusiness (B2B) and B2C opportunities with possible partners to expand the company s reach.

Onboard new partners i.e. institutions companies to grow the business.

Acquire viable leads and referrals for partnership.

Collaborate with a broad range of internal stakeholders in Product Development Tech Marketing Operations and Legal serving as an advocate for your partners while balancing square s goals.

Manage our partnerships from development to launch and ongoing partner management. You will grow these partnerships meeting key business metrics via various partner programs marketing and new integrations.

Operate with little oversight being both an executor and strategic thinker

Lead crossfunctional initiatives with internal and external teams

Prepare regular reports as needed.

Creates a network of partners who can come together to develop a community that benefits everyone.

Support the creation of pipelines to find new partners and use predetermined metrics to determine the value of each partnership.



Requirements

  • Experience is business development product partnerships and sales.
  • Experienced in building integrations; comfort engaging with technical stakeholders on all aspects of APIbased integrations required to unlock customer value
  • Clear demonstrable track record of successes and impact
  • Structured thinking: comfort with numbers details and ambiguity; ability to break down complex problems into key levers.
  • Communication: clear thinking and presence; ability to develop and manage crossfunctional processes; storytelling in a business context.
  • Passion: strong sense of ownership desire to make a crossfunctional impact eagerness to learn customer orientation entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Operational: Experienced in organizational design and building systems and highly productive teams.
  • Collaborative: Proven ability to work across different levels of management and ability to create confidence with key stakeholder.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
