Flex Suisse is the leading service provider for supporting legal and compliance departments with flexible staffing managed legal services and professional search in Switzerland Liechtenstein and Germany. For our latest mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:

Banking Legal Counsel Zug 3 months 100% Imm. CHF 120000

Tasks

  • Handle legal topics around DLT Web 3.0 and Fintech
  • Provide counseling on legal issues concerning the daily business
  • Process and implement requests from regulatory oversight authorities
  • Draft review and negotiate contracts policies and other legal documents
  • Advise on legal and regulatory requirements regarding financial products and services

Requirements

  • Swiss bar admission
  • Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
  • Full professional fluency in English and German
  • Proven experience with contracts in the banking environment
  • At least 5 years PQE as an attorney within financial services or industry
