Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Deal with all customer inquiries promptly and efficiently ensuring the highest levels of service are provided.
- Answer inbound calls and emails within the guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
- Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both C2 Danish and C1 English (Written & verbal).
- Training & tools are provided in English.
- Work on shift basis
- Possibility to work from home
