Danish Customer Support

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a key role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• Deal with all customer inquiries promptly and efficiently ensuring the highest levels of service are provided.
• Answer inbound calls and emails within the guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
• Compose thoughtful and accurate messages or customize prepared responses to customer emails.
• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals.

Requirements

• Proficiency in both C2 Danish and C1 English (Written & verbal).
• Training & tools are provided in English.
• Work on shift basis
• Possibility to work from home
