Purchase Specialist

1. Supplier Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with food and beverage suppliers.

- Conduct supplier assessments, including price negotiation, contract review, and performance evaluation.

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any quality or logistical issues.

2. Sourcing and Procurement:

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, new products, and cost-saving opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet quality, pricing, and delivery requirements.

- Manage procurement processes, including issuing RFQs, evaluating proposals, and selecting vendors.

- Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply shortages, and initiate timely reordering to ensure continuous operations.
