A day in the role:
Develop and maintain Access Management solutions implemented for clients using Ping Identitys products such as PingFederate PingAccess and PingDirectory
Provide expertise on authentication authorization federation and user management using technologies such as SAML OAuth OpenID Connect and LDAP
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs such as integrating ForgeRock products into complex environments such as cloudbased or hybrid environments
Participate in project planning scoping and estimation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
Provide technical assistance during implementation testing and production support using programming languages such as Java JavaScript or Python and scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell
Train and mentor junior analysts on ForgeRock products providing knowledge transfer on product features deployment and troubleshooting techniques
Requirements
What Youll Bring:
79 years of experience in PingIdentity Access Management / Identity Gateway / Identity Cloud
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with experience in log analysis and system performance tuning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in documenting solutions and providing training to technical and nontechnical audiences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams in a global environment
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or any related field
Experience with other IAM technologies such as CyberArk SailPoint or Saviynt
Relevant certifications such as PingIdentity Certified Professional PingFederate / PingAccess
Experience in DevOps methodologies and tools such as Git Jenkins Ansible or Docker
