HR Business Partner

My client one of the leading international law firms are currently looking for a fulltime HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for their Frankfurt office.

Tasks

• Provide comprehensive HR support for an assigned area as an HR Business Partner
• Focus on individual and organisational development change processes and restructuring
• Act as the primary contact for leaders addressing all personnel and labour law matters
• Conduct employee appraisals including Salary Reviews Promotions and steer/implement additional measures as part of the role
• Optimise and continually improve defined HR processes
• Participate in and lead local and global HR projects

Requirements

• Degree in HR business or social sciences or an equivalent
• Ideally at least 3 years in a similar broad HR function
• Solid knowledge of local German labour law regulations
• Able to work strategically
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent level of German as well as English (written & spoken)
