My client one of the leading international law firms are currently looking for a fulltime HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for their Frankfurt office.
Tasks
- Provide comprehensive HR support for an assigned area as an HR Business Partner
- Focus on individual and organisational development change processes and restructuring
- Act as the primary contact for leaders addressing all personnel and labour law matters
- Conduct employee appraisals including Salary Reviews Promotions and steer/implement additional measures as part of the role
- Optimise and continually improve defined HR processes
- Participate in and lead local and global HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in HR business or social sciences or an equivalent
- Ideally at least 3 years in a similar broad HR function
- Solid knowledge of local German labour law regulations
- Able to work strategically
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent level of German as well as English (written & spoken)
