Job Description
Required skills:
-A master's or preferably a doctoral degree in a relevant field such as education, leadership, organizational development, or a related discipline.
-Proven track record of successful leadership and management in educational or professional development contexts.
-Experience in designing and developing curriculum, especially in the field of leadership studies.
-Familiarity with modern educational methodologies, technology integration, and experiential learning approaches.
-Ability to develop and implement a strategic vision for the leadership center, aligning educational goals with organizational objectives.
-Skills in conducting needs assessments and market research to ensure the curriculum is relevant and meets the demands of the target audience.
-Willing to relocate to Erbil/ Kurdistan.
