Sales representative

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales through effective communication relationship building and persuasive selling techniques. Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients/customers within the target market.
• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling networking and online research.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM softwares such as Hubspot Salesforce etc.
• Knowledge in the recruitment area will be necessary.

Compensation:
Commission based salary. Successfull candidates have the potencial to earn competitive commissions percentage on sales.
