HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a multinational firm that provides hospitality services across the globe.
Scope
The Human Resource Manager will manage and support all HR operations, ensure compliance to local laws and standard best practices, plan and implement annual budget and prepare reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Project and manage the roll-out of new global initiatives at the organization and contribute to the design and implementation of new tools, e.g. HR information systems.
- Lead the HR team in recruiting, HR administration, and staff accommodation functions.
- Develop and drive strong staff engagement through communication and creative activities or events and follow-up on engagement survey results, and handle grievances proactively.
- Support the objectives of the organization by assisting in delivering strategic HR operational activities and ensuring compliance to HR operations.
- Ensure an efficient and compliant HR administration in line with the organization s standards and local requirements, including supervision of internal and external payroll services.
- Support the management team in any organizational and people related topics, to help them achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate and assist the HR Director in planning and implementing annual budget, manning guide and preparation of reports.
- Ensure compliance with local labour and immigration laws and handle any legal issues including staff disciplinary actions.
- Assist the HR Director in the implementation of global performance management, talent management and succession planning, and follow up on the development and mobility of internal talent.
- Ensure that corporate and local policies & procedures are communicated and implemented accordingly.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned according to the needs of the organization.

- A Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resource Management, Economics or any related field of study.
- A Master s degree and/or relevant professional qualification in HR Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or its equivalent, 2 of which have been in a managerial capacity.
- Experience with budget and workforce planning.
- Knowledge of local labour and immigration laws and best market practices.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge in MS Office Suite and Windows OS.
- Proficient in HR information systems (Oracle, Success factors)
