An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Frozen Pastry Business for an experienced vibrant and highly motivated Sales Support VA .
Reporting to the National Sales Manager/National Supply Chain Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a selfstarting highly organised (and experienced) Sales Support Virtual Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Incoming Calls Emailing Messages
- Customer Complaint Logging of emails/phone calls
- Customer Complaint Customer Replies and Gift Card Reimbursement emailing
- Database Hygiene Updating of customer Information in Sage
- Order Taking and emailing through to the office/or Entry
- Calling customer for orders
- COD payment Outbound
- Any other Adhoc tasks from time to time as directed by employer.
Requirements
- Degree qualified ()
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting an Australian sales account or client is required
- Proactive resultsdriven and efficient
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Highly organised processoriented and organiser of all things
- Experience in various software including Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) CRM softphone
- Experience working in various BPO companies is a plus
Benefits
- Monthly Salary: Php 35000
- Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
- You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
- Probation: 6 months and after Probation:
a. 10 days annual leave credits
b. 5 days of sick leave
- 13th Month Pay after 30 days
- Annual Appraisal
- Laptop provided after 30 days
- Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
- SHIFT TIME: 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
