Timetabling Administrator PROSPECTUS

The purpose of this role is to ensure the dissemination of policy and schedules and apply processes and systems relating to the production of timetables, including the inputting of resources (rooms, staffing, course information) and timing requirements. You will support with timetable delivery with consideration to effective space management and resource utilisation.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar post, ideally using Syllabus+ or similar software to support with timetabling activities, in a Higher Education environment or similar. Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and working with a variety of different datasets is also essential.
