The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process excelling at lead generation relationship building and deal closing.
The objective of this role:
- Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of offerings.
- Achieve Company objectives by planning thoroughly setting sales goals analyzing performance data & and making forecasts.
- Generate Leads and establish and nurture client relationships.
Desired Profile:
- MBA Marketing
- 10 years of experience in managing sales in the IT services industry.
- Excellent English communication and working knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Proven sales experience and a good history of exceeding sales targets are required. Manage the targets assigned by the management.
- Ability to travel.

Responsibilities:
- Creating & and executing strategic sales plans that expand our customer base and extend the companys global reach by Generating Business Leads.
- Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily checkins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Understanding the technical requirements of clients and coordinating with the internal team to prepare the solutions & and offerings as per the commitment given to the customers.
- Prepare the offer proposal with accuracy and share it with clients in the given timelines.
- Responsible for implementing & and monitoring monthly quarterly and annual sales plans as per the business sales forecast.
- Setting sales targets and ensuring sales goals are met.
- Planning and creating the sales revenue and expense controls.
- Delegating individual sales targets to the sales team.
- Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Building a good relationship with the clients.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports to the higher management.
- Collaborating with the Marketing department to develop various promotional activities.
- Researching and reviewing competitor regularly offerings
- Resolving customers complaints and issues professionally.
