Job Description

Role: UX Designer/Analyst on B2B Customer Experience Platforms.

Location: Remote (work through Pacific Time)

Client: Edtsys/Confidential (Software Hardware Design Industry)

Start Date: ASAP

Interviews: Immediate

Duration: 912 months

Rate: Open (Skills are the most key to the client.)

Visa: All Visas must go through 2024

Interview: Video call with ask to potentially see examples of your previous work.

Must have references from end client FTE only.

You will be asked to show your portfolio especially around Customer Experience B2B Platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a usercentred design approach and work collaboratively to research design and validate innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Conduct user research identify user pains and study user workflows to impact strategy and product direction.
  • Execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods such as but not limited to user interviews surveys usability testing and card sorting.
  • Help the teams interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations for design considerations based on that feedback.
  • Contribute to requirements and collaborate on design documents.
  • Develop detailed user personas and user workflows.

Skill Required:

Strong UX design highly skilled with a quick ability to understand work and design.

20% of the work is mentoring team members.

B2B experience where design is to replace a customer driven work into a portal environment.

Must be able to work with a team that is active on the project in a collaborative way.

Strong customer experience focus and understanding of usercentered design.

Knowledge and understanding of prototyping tools like Axure Figma or other prototyping tools.

Experience working in a Lean UX & Agile delivery model.

Experience designing for large scale mobile customer experience platforms and omnichannel user experiences.

Experience working with digital design systems contributing to style guides and delivering digital assets to development teams.

Excellent verbal and communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be detail oriented and well organized.
