Job Description

We offer the following positions immediately or by agreement

Aritec New Materials Group AG is a Swiss company developing new
technologies with a focus on synthetic fibres. We are currently
expanding our sales and consulting division for synthetic fibre
reinforcements and ropes used in various industries including the

Deepsea rope industry

Crane rope Industry

Elevator industry

Mining Belt industry

Rubber Industry

Tasks

Your tasks

  • Establishing longterm customer relationships with a focus on Value Selling Proposal
  • Acquisition support and consulting of potential and existing customers
  • Elaboration and promotion of our proposals
  • Provide
    ongoing and proactive support to customers in collaboration with
    R&D department on project development quality improvements and
    commercial contract negotiations
  • Assist with legal discussions and pricing agreements for management approval
  • Establish and regularly review annual sales goals and longterm forecasts
  • Represent Aritec in industrial fairs. Elaborate Sales Strategy and Sales Reporting
  • Frequent business travel within Europe

Requirements

  • You have successful experience in developing a sales force with new product technologies
  • You have ideally professional experience in the field of synthetic fibre or the industries mentioned above
  • You have a commercial or technical degree
  • You are an open outgoing and proactive personality and can work under pressure
  • You are results and goal oriented and have a structured way of working and a networked way of thinking
  • You have a high degree of selfmotivation independently and you are customeroriented
  • You have a strong will to succeed and a high level of commitment
  • You integrate well into a team
  • You can work efficiently and independently
  • Language skills: English professional level in written and spoken German fluent preferred other language is a plus
