In the role of Nordic Head of Product youll be overseeing the regions leading product portfolio. Youll lead a team shaping the product vision evaluating customer needs and setting priorities.

Collaboration is key youll be working closely with Engineering and ITOps teams evaluating strategic build buy or partnership decisions. Our focus is on enhancing internal and external customer experiences using data to empower property managers and owners.

As the property management industry evolves digitally over the next 510 years insights from other industries will be crucial. Picture yourself involved in strategic product line development defining roadmaps planning architectures and uncovering crossmarket opportunities.

Advocacy for investment in the Nordic market and optimizing the overall product portfolio is essential. In this growing tech environment join a team working on a mature Nordic product platform with significant potential. Your success hinges on your ability to navigate both strategic and operational levels in our entrepreneurial setting.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide inspirational leadership and coaching for the Nordic product team consisting of POs and BAs (8 in total today) fostering professional growth.
• Lead the delivery of product propositions that add significant value to customers and employees.
• Own and promote the product vision ensuring clear direction for product & engineering teams and the wider Nordic business community.
• Drive efficient unified working practices across Nordic product development aligning with Odevos best practices.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends regulations and competition to adjust product vision strategy and roadmaps as needed.
• Foster a discoveryoriented approach to product development ensuring alignment with client needs and collecting feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering leads for robust architectural planning and resource strategy aligning with Group frameworks and continually enhancing product development practices.

As a natural relationship builder you communicate clearly across diverse functions. Your adept prioritization multitasking and focus on detail make you wellsuited for overseeing all aspects of a product business in an entrepreneurial environment. Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative methods for prioritization you excel in explaining complex tradeoffs and securing consensus. Your outstanding communication skills both verbal and written emphasize attention to detail and a passion for resolving intricate problems.

Experience

• Masters degree in relevant area preferred
• At least 1015 years of previous experience as a product leader product manager product owner
• Proven track record of leading and coaching a 5 10 people product managers & owners with a diverse set of business and technical skills
• Strong quantitative skills with ability to create and maintain product business cases
• A broad understanding and practical experience of agile/scrum development approach to working as well as agile in a scaling multi team organization.
• Understanding of the PropTech industry is a big plus (but not mandatory).
• Previous experience of working with product development in a service industry is a clear plus
• Fluent in English preferably also Swedish and Finnish a clear plus

Location

We are remotefriendly but we find great value in being able to connect with our teams in person. The product development team you will work with is primarily located in Stockholm and ability to spend face to face time with team is important.
