Trilogic Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join the dynamic team of our client a prominent electromechanical services provider. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities ensuring exceptional customer service levels and contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently over the phone
- Investigate research and identify new business opportunities from dormant and new accounts
- Ensure customer service levels surpass expectations
- Create and close quotations/enquiries accurately and promptly
- Issue quotes to customers on the day of collation and communicate any delays
- Produce quotes as directed by the Customer Service Manager
- Follow Sales Strategies implemented by the Sales Director
- Proactively call customers to chase orders quotes and PO s
- Treat all salesrelated work as a priority
- Liaise with Area Sales Managers for sales documentation processing lead generation and assistance
- Update systems with quote notes and files job cards with photos notes and files
- Perform general sales administration
- Undertake any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company
