ABOUT THE ROLE
Job Overview: You will need to create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs. Enhancing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production distribution and inventory.
Also expected to be responsible for the freight bill payment process coding and auditing activities of import/export shipment to ensure accurate and low cost.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work with SAP Adage and TMS to properly route all orders including import/ export.
Complete investigate and manage the freight bill payment processing coding auditing and carrier freight claims processing for all shipments.
Responsible for developing and recommending process improvements through adhoc reporting or other enhancement working Supply Network Inventory (SNI) reporting and field support.
Work directly with clients and Customer service to coordinate shipping arrangements load expedites rate estimation and shipment tracking.
Set bookings with freight forwarders and provide import and export freight estimation audit invoices and track/trace shipments.
Manage the process for the Import/Export activities and complete all export paperwork.

Profile Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Business Administration or any related fields.
At least 3 years of import/export Supply Chain Management work experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with and influence others from different functional areas.
Strong experience with NTCSS (RSupply and OMMSNG) to manage and evaluate configuration allocation and inventory management.
Demonstrate the ability to perform file maintenance analyze output reports and recommend corrective actions.
