Job Description

YOUR FUTURE TEAM
We are searching for a detailoriented Senior Product Manager to lead our product development team. The Senior Product Manager will be expected to allocate resources and to work with engineers and designers to ensure deadlines are met and products are launched.

A topnotch Senior Product Manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders.

Tasks

  • Product Development and Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product development process from conception to launch managing the product lifecycle and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Strategy and Market Research: Develop the products vision and strategy and conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering design and sales teams to align product goals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Customer Feedback and Data Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to inform product iterations and improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Resource Allocation: Engage with stakeholders to communicate product progress and effectively allocate resources for optimal product development.

Requirements

  • Engineering Background: Proven experience in engineering preferably in a field relevant to the companys products. This could include software hardware or other technical domains.
  • Product Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management or a closely related role. Experience in taking products from concept to launch is highly valued.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with the capability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills with an ability to motivate crossfunctional teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with engineering design and sales teams.
  • Market Insight: Solid understanding of market trends user needs and the HR competitive landscape.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with technical aspects of product development including software development methodologies if applicable.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field is often preferred.
