Your role at zolar

• Build on vision for product and craft an achievable strategy and make adjustments as necessary based on market changes or company priorities.
• Drive the OKR process and align your teams OKR with the companys and other teams objectives.
• Drive and ensure prioritisation of product roadmap & backlog to maximise the teams impact.
• Empathise with different user types to provide an easy to use and intuitive product.
• Align and keep all parties informed throughout the planning and development process.
• Lead the product discovery and collect and craft high quality product requirements.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch including ideation development and gotomarket strategies and with this being able to identify areas of improvement and development.
• Effectively allocate resources to ensure product development stays on track and within financial constraints.
• Constantly measure and evaluate improvements & product performance with metrics.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and market research to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Manage the projects scope and timelines and ensure alignment between all involved parties.

What you will need to bring

You have

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with significant experience building complex type of products Sales and Sales Funnel experience is essential.

• Strong experience in product discovery analysing data and technical understanding.

• Understanding structural and architecture composition of German properties.

• A solid command of agile product development methods and tools preferably Jira/Confluence/Miro.

• Experience creating product roadmaps and driving features development from conception to launch driving the product vision defining gotomarket strategy and leading design discussions.

• Good problem solving and decision taking skills.

• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Plus: experience with and around energy products and/or electrical engineering.

• Plus: experience with Marketplace/Platform Biz Model Products.

  You are

• Problem focused and usercentric you are motivated to provide the best user experience while answering the business needs.

• Analytical and able to leverage data for decision making in prioritisation and product design decisions.

• Thriving and enjoying working in crossfunctional teams (with e.g. tech UX/UI design sales operations etc.).

• Fluent in English and German.
