Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Analytical and problem-solving skills for proactive issue identification and resolution.

Leadership skills for managing supporting staff, coordinating workloads, and providing training and mentoring.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years’ experience as Building Inspector.
