Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced MR Designer to join our team and lead the design of immersive mixed reality experiences. As an MR Designer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering user-centered designs that provide intuitive and engaging experiences for users. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of MR technologies and a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of immersive mixed reality experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful product delivery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mixed reality applications
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Develop design guidelines and ensure consistency across all mixed reality experiences
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MR technologies and trends, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential use in projects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and optimized for performance
- Create and maintain design documentation, including design specifications and asset libraries
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on MR or related technologies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to create user-centered designs that provide intuitive and engaging experiences for users
