Complete effective and efficient inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, programming and upkeep the fire suppression systems in accordance with AFI, UFC and NFPA standards.
Shall inspect, maintain, repair, certify and re-certify all “ANSUL” fire suppression systems basewide.
Shall perform inspections, flow testing and marking of fire hydrants base-wide.
Shall maintain all records for fire suppression systems and fire hydrants base wise
Shall maintain a complete inventory of fire systems and fire hydrants (including both proper systems or installations and deficient ones) and shall update the comprehensive inventory as corrective actions occur.
Shall coordinate the maintenance and repair of all fire suppression systems with the on site customer per the performance work statement.
Shall prepare and submit written reports after the completion of all inspections, maintenance, repairs, tests, and certifications of each system and implement a preventative maintenance plan using automated base systems.
Shall provide quarterly training in fire suppression systems to Air Force personnel.
Shall request parts through government established processes, follow up on parts, receive parts and install.
Responsible for following a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with Vectrus, OSHA and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements.
Responsible for following a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program.
Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas.
Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools).
Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
