Negotiating, developing and agreeing project contracts with clients
Communicate, organize and evaluate the work of contractors.
Work with detailed diagrams, plans and drawings.
Using various design programs such as (CAD) to design the systems required for projects.
Developing Building Information Models (BIM) to ensure systems coordination in construction projects.
Manage spending, forecast needs, and use costing methods.
